How to use

Frequently asked questions
Can I add a new background?
Yes. After removing the background you can keep it transparent or add a solid colour, a gradient, a ready-made scene (beach, sky, studio, bokeh and more), a soft portrait blur, or upload your own background image — the subject is composited on top instantly.
Can I make a passport photo?
Yes. In the output size menu pick a passport preset — 35×45mm (413×531 px, used by most countries) or US 2×2 inch (600×600 px). Add a plain white or light background, then download. Always check your country's exact photo requirements before printing.
What is the blur background option?
It keeps your original photo softly blurred behind a sharp cut-out of the subject — the portrait or bokeh look you see on phone cameras. Adjust the blur strength with the slider.
Can I change the output size?
Yes. Export at the original size, or choose a preset like square (1:1), portrait (4:5), story (9:16) or landscape (16:9), or type a custom width and height. Use the zoom slider to scale the subject within the frame.
Why is the first use slower?
The AI model downloads once on first use, then it is cached by your browser and runs fast afterwards.
Are my images uploaded?
No. The whole process happens in your browser, so images never leave your device — that keeps them private and makes the tool free to run.
